For chapters
An early-warning system for your school board.
AWARE does the reading. Your chapter does what only local parents can do: show up informed, ask the right question, and make the board answer it on the record.
What you get
In the week before a vote.
- District alerts. Every flagged item in your chapter’s districts, ranked and summarized.
- Ready-to-share copy. A short alert you can forward to members without rewriting it.
- Source links. Agenda page, item number, and attachment for every claim.
- Action notes. Comment sign-up links, board contact details, and meeting logistics.
- The record. A running log of what your district posted, when, and what happened.

How a chapter joins.
01
Be a chapter in good standing
AWARE is distributed through chartered chapters, not individual sign-ups.
02
Name a recipient
The chair designates who receives alerts and who may forward them to members.
03
Verify your districts
We map your chapter to the right districts so alerts do not cross county lines.
04
Start receiving
Alerts arrive by email. Pilot chapters also receive onboarding and a monthly review.
Questions
Before you ask.
Does AWARE replace reading the agenda?
No. It replaces the hours spent finding the item. Every alert links to the source; parents still read it.
Can we get alerts for a district we do not cover?
Usually yes. Send the district name and agenda URL to info@momsforliberty.org and we will map it.
Can members sign up directly?
Not yet. Alerts are routed through chapters so that every alert has a local owner who can verify it before it spreads.
Is the underlying agenda data public?
Yes. AWARE reads public records. It does not access student records, private accounts, or closed sessions.
